Heroclix Battletech Miniatures

Postby 50th » Fri Mar 25, 2016 10:06 am

I played a game once at a convention using heroclix Battletech figures (which are larger than original) and the old pencil and paper rules. Here are a couple of photos:

The miniatures didn't fit in the hexes well, (they weren't designed to be played on a hex map) and the GM used different colored felt to represent different terrain types. I never could get into the heroclix rules, I prefer the old pencil and paper stuff much better.

Very cool! I love the look of these. I take it the charts are to track damage to the machines?

I've admired what looks to be a space battlemat the mini's are on? If that's what it is, that's an interesting use!
If you can't be a good example, be a horrible warning
