Clever!!! I think any bag with a seam would work, though.

It's easy to overlook something as innocuous as garbage bags; think of the piles of garbage that would accumulate in the crisis situations that are prevalent in gaming spheres. Just look at how the streets in various cities in Iraq looked like when US patroled the premises. So that dumpster would fill it's place full to the brim with garbage and other trash as well as piled up around it.
