WOW! nice project. The ATAK is good product...I have used both and probably will use both again.
On average it took five Panthers to take out a Sherman. Four would be in a ditch out of fuel or broken down, the fifth one just blows away the Sherman before catching fire by itself.

work on this has continued with the gun being finished off, one thing I can say about this is while the level of detail is great considering you cannot see it when done it does make the final assembly of the gun needlessly complicated as you have to interlock two gears which essentially lock the gun in position aside from that and the elevation wheel coming off I'm enjoying it so far, the next job is working out what color to paint it .

The upper hull of this is slowly starting to come together with the superstructure and engine bay in dryfitting ready for painting and the gun mounted

Yep,. gotta love the Brumbar and what Gibbs is putting together in this thread.

I hear ya Em as I have 4 kits in various stages of uncompletion. But I haveto have my modeller bug to bite me to take the time to finish em, and I hav'nt been bitten in a long while, or its just not fun to do at times if "forcing yourself" to restart em!!

Cheers

Tom

Looks great. Im envious. I have 0 time to devote to models. Or anything else for that matter.

Looking good mate! Here's an advice though. Take a brush and paint the "tree trunks" in the moss dark brown and your build will reach a whole new level.

Love it! Very nice work on that. I like the idea of painting the trunks, too.
