1/35 tiger 1

Postby gibbs » Sat Aug 04, 2012 7:35 pm

While I know this isn't a modelling site their was some interest a while ago in seeing my tiger 1 with interior build come together, I've been working on it on and off for a few months and this is the stage I've got to

the shells that are held in with masking tape are most likely coming out as ideally I'd like the vehicle to look like it's used, sort of a snapshot in time hence the part used ammo supply

Wow...I love it! Is that brass ammo?

Nice Tiger Gibbs, how long have you been working on it?

Cheers, I moved this to the Rec Room as I have a couple of other model threads there as well.

Fantastic detail. Looking forward to seeing the finished model.

This Particular build has been on the go for just under a year, although in that time I have completed other projects all going well this one should be done by the end of the month but that us dependent on how fast the figures and paint I've ordered arrive and whether I get side tracked to the other project I've got on the go

The figures for this build have turned up so when my order of paint arrives I will be able to start work on these, hopefully the paint will work out as I haven't ever used it before but going by what I have read, they should be better that what I normally use.
