Impressive build!!! The scope of the big gun really hits home when compared side by side with the hauler! Love the detail on that metal barrel. I'm going to love watching this come together...thanks for taking us along for the ride.

G'day Tony...been a long time. Keeping yourself busy I see.
Love an artillery piece myself but it's been such a long time sine I built one. Are the Trumpeter kits any good?
Every part a masterpiece.

I'm pretty happy with these three Trumpeter kits Geek.
Clean up better than most and the fit has been excellent.

They are far from my usual comfort zone but variety is the spice of life.
Unable to convince the wife of that.

Thanks folks

Looks an interesting kit, is the metal barrel part of the kit or is it something you have added?

Tracks came in this afternoon so I assembled one side. I'll final fit when all the wheels are installed.

Saturday update

Tracks assembled, front cap and fenders installed:

Shaved off the tail lights and repositioned behind lower bed panel per blurry ref photo. Just a minor detail improvement on the rear.

Thanks for looking
