I have the new version, Twilight 2013 but never really like it. No specific reason I can remember, just didn't click with me. Must have been similar opinion with others as I hear it did not sell well and the designer closed shop and disappeared from the internet about a year after its release. I found a partially completed Twilight 2000 to GURPS conversion but it is fairly far from usable. I am considering using straight up GURPS but with the Twilight 2000 sourcebooks for the background.

I didn't mean I shouldn't enjoy it...but I'm very worried about fluent storytelling: the worst effects will be on the players' shoulders.

I think the players will be not enjoying the GURPS experience and it will be a pity: I LOVE this system!
