Reading Challenge 2016

Postby Frank » Thu Dec 31, 2015 7:37 am

Ok guys, pretty much the same as last year so I won,t bother going over the basic idea again.

So just enjoy your years reading and remember it does not matter how many books you read compared to the others, if you read even one more than you would normally then that is a victory.
"Some believe that it is only great power that can hold evil in check. But that is not what I have found, it is the small everyday acts of normal folk that keep the darkness at bay. Small acts of kindness and love."

Excellent ....we've got four Intrepid Readers so far! Hope to get more.

A few groundrules:

1. You need to start a sticky thread to log your read books
2. Post as you complete them
3. Your posts should include: #, Title, author, and a picture of the book cover
4. You don't need to list a number of books you wish to read, but are encouraged to

Note that starting with this years' Challenge.... you can have a separet individual thread devoted to the book, in the appropriate area (e.g., "Civie Books"), where you can go into detail of the book (as to plot, synopsis, recommendations, etc.) and your thoughts.

Thanks to all that participate.

Spread the word and let's see if we can double our participants this year!!! :D
If you can't be a good example, be a horrible warning
