Attached photo vs. [IMG] tag photo

Test!

First a photo uploaded to the forum as an attachment.

Click on me for full size!

Then the same photo presented from an url with IMG tags in the forum.

There's a major difference between the two options. There's possible to set the forum code to automaticly fit larger photos to the comment field when they're bigger as in this example. Please have a look around Em to see if you can find the settings in the forum code for this. I would be thankful if you could sort it out.

Lookin' into it.... a lot of this stuff is like Martian language to me. The Admin controls seem to be limited. I believe this needs added code to accomplish.

Yes, I know that it's possible but I don't know how.

OK...I had a minor epiphany tonight :D

I tried something different and I think I figured out how to adjust the image size and attachments.

The forum is now set to a 600 pixel image width size. That should allow a picture the width of standard resolution screen sizes. Hope that addresses your request....

Urban, please try the same test again (as the first post) here in this thread and let me know if that solved it.
