Hot damn, dude! Love these!!!

I've just discovered this comic app and have been using it at the facebook recruitment group. I plan on using it here, too. Excellent work!

That action is just crazy, man!

It's an iPad app, called "Comic Book!". Pretty easy to use, but it takes time to do your layouts. The app comes with some stock features (e.g., dialogue bubbles, titles, and other graphics).... But you can get so much more out of the program with a few in-app purchases (I'd say, I've bought 80% of the in-app add-on's).

Basically, you import an image....in these cases, SITREP shots of games in progress....and then select and drag in the comic graphics, using the app editor to add text and titles. There are several comic page formats to choose from, so you can actually maps it a full comic book page, with several frames, where you can import separate images for each! I was using this for my Tank on Tank games, where I had one big overall shot of the battlefield, followed by different views of selected parts of the battlefield to illustrate what was happening.

As an aside, there is also another app called "Juxtaposer", where you can superimpose one image on another....I bought it but have not used it yet. It could come in handy on this type of SITREP gig, but I think it's probably more. Usable elsewise.
