Making your own wargame counters

Postby Whiterook » Wed Dec 19, 2012 11:16 pm

Another thread brought up a conversation on making your own wargame counters from game unit graphics provided from different sources. These days, a lot of game companies do give-aways to loyal customers and fans; promotionals at game conventions; PDF downloads of games versus shipping you out a boxed set; and so on. the site can be found here:

Our member, Double Deuce pointed the way to this great site, which I had seen some time ago and completely forgot I was very glad he brought it up. Since that thread was on another subject best suited for that board it resides on, I thought I'd start a fresh thread here on the Drill Instructor board.

The site actually goes into designing your own counters, too....Microsoft Visio is now available on 2010.
If you can't be a good example, be a horrible warning

Ineptocracy: A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.
