Goo Gone, for glue residue

Postby Whiterook » Mon Jul 24, 2017 8:19 pm

Now and again, I find a game at a yard sale, only to find the seller has applied a sales tag sticker to it that is the devil to take off. A good solution for this is a product called Goo Gone, which dries even and does not wear any ink off the paper stock.

Another great use is when you find a used game where a previous owner taped ripped corners of the box...and the tape is old and coming up. This product can help to get the tape off and when dried, make new repairs.

If you can't be a good example, be a horrible warning

I have used it to take stickers off of those reusable plastic that Nestles chocolate mix and other products like lunch meat come in. The Nestles containers are great for storage (we use one for the steel wool pads under the sink), and the lunch meat containers are just great with a little bit of left-overs. Good stuff!
