Looking for a source

Postby Duncan » Sun Jul 23, 2017 2:23 pm

Does anyone know where I can get 1/600 or 1/300 modern jets, 1965+. I've seen some but shipping makes it crazy expensive and the selection seems to be quite limited.

I was searching for them but I found the same hopeless situation: the prices are too high!

If you found something please wrote it up in the forum!

I'll do the same....

I have got a fair bit of 6mm stuff which I think is 1/300?

The company I got it from is
http://www.heroicsandros.co.uk

Their site seems to be having problems at the moment though as you can`t seem to get any pictures up.

I'm not sure what the scale is, but have you tried http://www.historicalboardgaming.com/Battle-Pieces-By-Color_c_263.html? They have some small pieces, I've used some for Memoir 44 and TOI. Sorry, you said modern jets. Well, maybe this link will help someone looking for other miniatures.

These are indeed 1/300th scale, and they are somewhat reasonable in price for a hard-to-get item. Another source, that t me seems to be a go-to vendor from what I've read of these would be...

A good review on them can be had here...

The other major vendor that I know of is Scotia Grendel....

Might be pricey for Canada shipping, coming overseas.

3mm! I really like those. And they're so cheap. I love to play with huge areas sometimes, and those could work for small skirmishes too (on really small tables, but so what?). How am I just now seeing that these exist?
