Dreadnaught Rising

I came across this on the Axis and Allies forum.
Thought it looked pretty interesting.

Interesting looking game. At first look it seems to have some similarities to a game we already play called Dystopian Wars.

I've not heard of this game...Dreadnaught Rising, that is.

It seems to me, a funky combination of playing miniatures (kinda like Axis & Allies War at Sea) and an option of using a computer (for the Computer Combat System) that conducts spotting, combat and damage computations, relieving the players of calculating results using formulas and multiple modifiers. I find it interesting, a system that can merge miniatures gaming with computer logistics management.

There also appears to be another sister-system, called Battleships Zenith! that covers 1930-1945.
