What miniatures wargame system are you currently playing? Tell us some details about it, why you like it, and maybe some pictures!

Infinity.... the game...

Image

My brother is going to GenCon to demo this game.... the designers from Corvus Belli will be attending.... a pretty big deal!

We tried to get a demo going last night, unfortunately the cross-town game store was in a section of town that suffered a power outage.... no demo, we'll try again next week..

An excellent video demo series is available on YouTube:

the Company's site is listed below... plenty of free stuff is downloadable...

On average it took five Panthers to take out a Sherman. Four would be in a ditch out of fuel or broken down, the fifth one just blows away the Sherman before catching fire by itself.

I`ve not heard of Hadrians wall, a few of the guys at our club play Hail Ceasar, do you know if that is similar?

I'm afraid they are not alike. Hadrian's Wall is a skirmish level beer and pretzels type game. I have run them at SPARTAcon (Lansing, Mi), WINTERCON (Detroit), Drums (Toledo, OH), Battlefields (Detroit) and once at Advance The Colors (Mid-Ohio)

Have to look out for that one. If you like ancients skirmish, have you seen Saga,

http://canyoudigit.blog.com/2013/01/07/ ... kirmishes/

It is a game that has really taken off at our club and is quite cheap to get into but offers a great gaming experience which can be really frustrating if you just don`t get the dice to do what you want.
