Re: Battlestar Galactica Miniatures Game

By the way, back in 2006, I tried doing something along the same lines as you, but in a strictly digital format, since I would never be able to acquire BSG model ships where I live. Have a gander at the screenshots I posted.

Re: Battlestar Galactica Miniatures Game

Whiterook, what ever came of this? Did you ever publish your BSG system?

I was going to design my own BSG system, but then stumbled across this. Had you ever seen that?

Re: Virtual tabletop: as respectable as real miniatures?

Re: Super long Firepower map

Hi josta59, Have you heard of Close Assault? It's like a sister game to Firepower, except it takes place during WW2. With permission from the game's designer (S. Craig Taylor), I created a digital version of that game for use in my Battlegrounds virtual tabletop software. Basically I republished the...

Re: Virtual tabletop: as respectable as real miniatures?

this is an EXCELLENT topic, and I think you put it across perfectly. Let me state my succinct, ultimate opinion on this: I totally view virtual tabletop as a 'respectable' and quite viable form of wargaming. I completely agree with Whiterook. Great topic, well presented, and perfectly viable. I am ...
